PERSONAL. CLEAR. PRACTICAL.

Understand first.
Then move forward.

I stay close to the work and the people doing it. Listening carefully and making agreements concrete creates room for improvement.

  1. 01

    Understand the real issue

What happens in practice? What information is missing, and where do agreements and delivery diverge?

  2. 02

    Choose a clear direction

Set priorities, make dependencies visible and agree who is responsible for what.

  3. 03

Implement together and make it last

Support the change, monitor progress and help the organisation continue independently.

MY DIGITAL TOOLS

My digital tools are in development.

I am working on Laadboek and Rittenboek: two practical tools for a clearer view of charging costs and trips. They will be available soon. I am currently completing development and testing.

Coming soon

laadboek.com

Through API integrations, Laadboek automatically reads data from supported charging points and energy suppliers. Charging sessions, charged energy and energy tariffs come together in a traceable overview of your charging costs. Less manual entry, with clearer data and sources behind every amount.

Coming soon

rittenboek.com

Rittenboek is being developed to organise business and private trips, with odometer readings, projects and reports.

  • Trips, multiple vehicles and automatic odometer checks
  • Address search, registration lookup, saved routes and CSV import
  • Clients, projects, mileage charges and reports
  • Individual employee accounts, pool cars and expense claims in business plans
Explore every Rittenboek.com feature

From your personal trip records to projects and company mobility management. These features are built; the application is still being completed and tested before launch.

Your trips and vehicles

  • Multiple vehicles with registration, make, model, usage period and opening/closing odometer readings.
  • Trips with dates, full addresses, purpose, notes and actual odometer readings.
  • Business, private and commuting trips kept distinct, including route deviations and private detours.
  • Views by vehicle, quarter or year, with trip counts and mileage totals.

Less repetitive work

  • Search Dutch addresses by address or postcode.
  • Retrieve vehicle details using a Dutch registration number.
  • Save and reuse routes; quickly create a return trip from an existing trip.
  • CSV template and imports of up to 100 trips per file, with a preview and existing records preserved.

Clients, projects and mileage charges

  • Manage clients and projects with project names or numbers and default mileage rates.
  • Charge business project mileage at the agreed rate, retaining that rate with the trip.
  • Record travel and working time per trip; filter by period and client/project.
  • Export project totals and associated trips as a CSV invoice attachment.

Checks and reporting

  • Automatic odometer checks for missing mileage, overlaps and decreasing readings.
  • Correct or void trips with a reason and a retained change history.
  • PDF, CSV and JSON by quarter or year; saved reports remain unchanged.
  • Export your records and choose which reports to share with your company.

Your workspace and Laadboek

  • Link the same vehicle in your own Laadboek using its registration.
  • Show charging costs alongside mileage for the same reporting period.
  • Your own customer logo in your workspace and support for eight interface languages.
  • Personal records for private customers and business users.

For employers and teams · business plans

  • A separate account for every employee, with appropriate owner, administrator and accountant roles.
  • Manage invitations and access; employees see their own records.
  • Workday calendar, commuting/home working and evidenced travel expenses.
  • Review, return and approve claims, with duplicate and self-approval checks.
  • Manage mobility budgets, cost centres, personnel numbers and pool-car reservations.
  • Preparation CSV exports for payroll processing and WPM reporting.

You enter the trips actually driven and the real odometer readings. Entry assistance, imports and checks reduce repetitive work. Team and mobility features belong to business plans; exports support further processing in your own administration.

Your accountant gets the evidence. You keep the overview.
FROM RECORDS TO TAX RETURNS

Your accountant gets the evidence. You keep the overview.

Clear records help sole traders and freelancers account for business mileage, charging costs and VAT. Your accountant assesses deductible costs, recoverable VAT and any private-use adjustment. This can affect the tax you pay or receive back.

01

Mileage and costs together

Rittenboek.com documents business, commuting and private use. Laadboek.com adds charging data, energy tariffs, costs and VAT. When using both, link the same vehicle and reporting period.

02

From reports to tax accounting

PDF, CSV and JSON reports give your accountant the data to assess costs and VAT and process them in your accounts and tax returns. Treatment depends in part on vehicle ownership and use.

03

Automatic sharing, with your permission

Planned: periodically share selected reports with your own accountant after you set the recipient, period and permission. Less chasing information for your accountant and fewer files for you to forward.

Automatic delivery to your accountant is still in development. Reports can already be exported in the development environment. The tools do not file returns or settle tax; your accountant assesses and processes the data.

For a privately owned car, income-tax cost deductions can differ from VAT deductions. Your accountant determines the treatment for your circumstances.

In development: easier trip entry

Automatic distance calculation through a routing API, with room to record the journey you actually drove.

Calculate distance automatically

Enter departure and arrival addresses to calculate the route distance in kilometres. Google Maps is the intended integration; activation and practical tests are still to follow.

Explain detours

Record extra kilometres and a reason, such as traffic or a road closure. The calculated route assists entry; actual odometer readings remain authoritative.

Waypoints and private detours

Add a stop, such as a supermarket on the way home. Categorise each trip segment and keep extra private kilometres separate from commuting or business use.

Not yet available to use or subscribe to. Once the tools are ready, you will find more information here about their features and launch.
