Choosing a suitable system
For ERP, TMS, WMS, APS and other planning systems, I start with the actual need. What should the system support, how do people work today and what connections are required? I assist with market exploration and supplier selection, assessing options against practical needs and intended use.
Implementation with users in mind
I connect the organisation with IT and suppliers during configuration and introduction. Supporting employees is part of that process: they need to understand how the system supports their work. After go-live, I continue to consider bottlenecks, necessary adjustments, additional customisation and next steps.
Information that supports decisions
Together, we determine which data matters at each management level. I help bring that information into clear dashboards and useful KPIs, using current data where appropriate. Explanation, maintenance and guidance on use are part of the work too; the dashboard should help substantiate everyday decisions.
