Klaus Mantel · Interim manager & project lead
Interim management
Sometimes an organisation temporarily needs someone who takes responsibility and understands its day-to-day work. I personally step in as an interim manager, staying close to your people, setting clear priorities and focusing on continuity.
Continuity in daily operations
When someone leaves, is absent or the organisation is changing, I help management and operations move forward. First, I establish what must keep running, which decisions need attention and where the main bottlenecks lie. This creates a practical basis for the period ahead.
Connecting management and the workplace
I work directly with you and actively engage with the people doing the work. Management’s intentions and employees’ practical needs have to come together. Communication, culture and clear expectations therefore receive as much attention as planning and performance.
Direction and responsibilities
A mission or strategy becomes meaningful through everyday decisions. I help translate priorities into specific agreements, ownership and follow-up. Throughout, I consider the connections between people, processes and information, so the organisation can continue after my assignment ends.
